Infinite Wizdom

Have you noticed how there is a glut of advertisements doing the rounds recently in the health and beauty industry. I am not a huge follower of this niche so I do not look out for these ads but lately I feel I have been bombarded with them which got me to thinking.

Obviously there is money to be made because of the fact so many people or companies are advertising in this niche and they would not throw good money away if it did not work. My dilemma is to work out how to get into a heavily saturated niche and make it profitable.

The first point I have to get my head around is which part of the niche to get into. I used a neat piece of software I have here and started throwing in search terms. From there I was able to drill down deeper into that particular niche until I stumbled across a micro niche that is both popular and hardly exploited.

They do exist and I wil give you some examples below.

Glamoxy Snake Serum turned out to be extremely popular. I have no interest myself in this area but obviously a lot of people do so I write this down in my little black book of things to do. Red Door Perfume was another and this makes sense as we all want to look good, smell good and feel good don’t we? (Doesn’t bother me but I can understand others wanting too)

Here is one that staggered me when I found it. Eyelash implants. Who would have thought that this would be on anyones hot list, but it is, so it is a niche worth investigating.

I eventually found over 20 sub niches in the health and beauty niche so I guess my weekends are stuffed now doing research etc but I must admit, it has got me a tad excited on the possibilities that lie ahead. Good luck with your research.

The above is my opinion only and I have no medical background whatsoever. As with any issue medically related you must consult a trained professional physician at all times.

You cannot just practise SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) without some kind of experience or information to go on. The better information you have to go on will mean the better you are at optimizing your websites content for good search engine results & rankings. I have some tips and tricks you can use to start your SEO road to success and for the best results I’d suggest finishing off your website prior to submitting it to search engines, so no half finished websites or content would be acceptable.

1. One of the best tips many SEO professionals will give you is to not stuff your content with keywords you’re trying to target, but instead place the recommended amount of keywords which is around the 4% – 7% of your websites content – so the more content you have will mean more keywords according to the percentage.

2. Make good use of the heading tag. Insert a reasonable amount of keywords you’re trying to target with the obvious phrases and descriptions.

3. Choose your keywords wisely. There is no chance in this world you’re going to get to the top of page one on Google if you’re attempting to target highly competitive keywords such as “Coding” – but instead use more realistic keywords and phrases such as “Coding tutorials” or “Easy coding tutorials” and then in the long term who knows you may well be a big competitor to others for the keyword “Coding” as an example.

4. Many Search Engine Optimisation consultants will tell you that content is king. If you do not have enough content (being content that is well written and uses your keywords wisely) then you’ll not get very far when looking to get high in the rankings.

5. Back links are very important and should be worked on day in day out if you’re to rank highly for competitive search terms. The most highly ranked websites often have thousands of back links which ranks them well in big search engines. A good place to begin when building links is to submit to website directories and blogs.
